FAQs

How does Sensei join my meetings and what setup is required?

Connect Sensei to your Google or Outlook calendar just once. It auto-joins any meeting you invite it to. No extra downloads, no fiddling with Zoom or Meet settings.

What video call and calendar platforms does it work with?

Connect either your Google or Outlook calendar for secure, read-only access. Capture meetings from Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams seamlessly.

Can Sensei be used for in-person or hybrid meetings?

Not yet. Sensei currently works only when each participant joins from their own device and can’t analyze shared-room audio. Support for in-person meetings may come in the future as audio separation technology improves.

What counts as a Coaching Report and how are credits used?

A credit is used only if a meeting provides valuable coaching insights. If the results aren’t worth your time, it doesn’t count toward your monthly limit.

How are meetings chosen for coaching?

Pre-select key meetings for immediate feedback, or let Smart Coaching decide. Missed something important? Request feedback from past meetings at any time.

How quickly will I receive feedback after a meeting?

In the near future, reports will arrive within 30 minutes, while details are still fresh. However, during Early-Access Beta, human review may take up to 24 hours.

Can I change the skill I’m working on?

Yes. Switch focus as often as you like. Prior reports remain in your dashboard so you can track progress across multiple skills.

How is my data used?

Your data is primarily used to generate coaching reports and for analyses that personalize the coaching feedback you receive.
